Emily Sferra//Performer

Upon graduating from Skidmore College in 2009, Emily resided in New York City for 3 years where she was a freelance dancer with multiple companies & choreographers. Emily worked with Gallim Dance as their Artistic Associate from 2009- 2011.

In August of 2011, Elana made the move to Seattle and invited Emily (or Emily invited herself, it's unclear) to drive across the country with her.  That very long, and fantastic, and once-in-a-lifetime car ride became the incubator for all that we hoped CabinFever could and would be.

Emily moved out to Seattle in 2012.  During her time in Seattle, Emily has performed at the Fremont AbbeyOn the Boards, and various site specific destinations throughout the city. Emily was a dancer with Lingo Dance/KT Niehoff’s year long project, Collision Theory. Emily is the co-founder of CabinFever, and performed in their works from 2012 - 2014.

Emily is a firm believer of big things, always.

CabinFever shows include: Honest. You Do (2008), Patience is our only feature (2011), Make like a table and serve (2012), Heart Content (2013)
