* Trained and certified in Classical Romana's Pilates;
* 5+ years experience teaching at studios in New York (Reform Pilates), Seattle (Atlas Pilates), & Chicago;
* Currently teaches at the following Chicago-based studios: Pilates Inc., Oak Park Classic Pilates, and Balance, Health + Wellness;
* B.S. in Dance & Exercise Science from Skidmore College with honors.
